如需删除我们控制的同步数据，请发送邮件至 info@mydevstudio.co.uk，并在邮件中注明配对码、家庭代码或其他可帮助我们识别同步家庭的数据。

我们可以删除服务器上的同步家庭预算数据、一次性配对数据以及相关同步元数据。仅保存在您设备本地的数据、设置和您自己的 AI 提供商密钥不会被远程删除，您需要通过卸载应用或清除本地存储来删除这些内容。

How to request deletion

1. Email info@mydevstudio.co.uk.
2. Use the subject line: Family Budget AI data deletion request.
3. Include enough detail for us to identify the synced household or device you want removed, such as your pairing code, household code, or the email address you want us to reply to for confirmation.

What we can delete

• Synced household budget data stored on our sync service.
• Temporary pairing data related to one-time device linking codes.
• Related sync metadata needed to keep linked devices in step.

What stays on your device unless you remove it

• Local budgeting data stored only on your phone, tablet, or browser.
• Your locally stored settings, passcode hash, and UI preferences.
• Your own AI provider key stored locally if you enabled receipt AI.

To remove local-only data, uninstall the app or clear its local storage on your device.

Receipt AI note

If you actively used optional receipt AI, receipt text may have been processed by the third-party AI provider you selected. Requests to delete any provider-side data may need to follow that provider’s own deletion process as well.

Retention

Synced data stays on our service until it is replaced, unlinked, or deleted following a valid request. Temporary pairing codes expire automatically. We may keep limited technical records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
